| dc.description.abstract | The General objective of this research is to examine the impact of employee motivation on employee performance. Motivation means the reasons for people acting or behaving in a particular way. In an organization we can say motivation is a reason for employees behaving towards a common goal. Organizations depend on talent, energetic & creative employees. The selected Organization is a private Hospital which was incorporated in 1985 also situated in Western Province. It is an educated-oriented, information-oriented & people-oriented organization with different categories of employees; Medical Staff, Para-medical Staff, Nursing Staff, General Office, Minor Staff are the categories under this research report. This Research Report provides & will be highlighting the motivation & the impact of motivation on employees as study in the Private Hospital sector. We can say the level of motivation has a direct & positive relationship with performances of the employees. To maintain this relationship that means retaining the employee’s management commitment is a must. It is very tough to motivate employees as they have various desires. So, the motivation of employees will be a challenge to the managers in any organization. This study will investigate the impact on salary for the employee performance, impact on teamworking for employee performance, impact on Recognition for the employee performance & impact on Fringe benefits for the employee performance. This thesis will follow mix-methodology which is a combination of Quantitative & Qualitative methods. So, the specific objectives are to determine the practical issues of employees’ performance & Recognition in Western Hospital, Understand the importance of Team Working as a motivation factor to the performance management in Western Hospital, & in this research author aims to identify & confirm the impact of Fringe Benefits & Employee performance. To achieve the goal author has analysis the data which got from selected organization and at the same time, this thesis will describe the good strategies of motivating employees to achieve organizational success & will provide recommendations to improve the existing system. | en_US |
