dc.description.abstract Employees are the heart of any organization. For any organization to operate smoothly and without any interruption, employee cooperation cannot be replaced with anything else. It is of utmost importance that the employees of an organization not only have a good relationship with the top management, but also they maintain a healthy and professional relationship with their co-workers. The following study is a self-conducted research on how motivational tools impact the performance of employee for betterment. Employee motivation has a direct link to the employee turnover. Based on the results of the pilot survey, researcher identified that the ABC (Pvt) Ltd was suffering from high employee turnover since 2020 at the machine operator category. This issue has highly affected for the organizational productivity. Also, this has resulted a high cost of production and time wastage for the company as they have to conduct recruitment process often. The researcher found that the dependent variable as employee turnover and independent variables as the employee motivation was selected as salary, career advancement opportunities, leadership, and work environment. And four hypothesizes were developed to test in this study. Hypotheses were prepared according to the relationship between salary, career advancement opportunities, leadership, and work environment and no relationship between salary, career advancement opportunities, leadership, and work environment. The data were gathered through a questionnaire were analyzed using the SPSS model. Alternative hypotheses were accepted according to the correlation and regression analysis. A sample of individuals was selected 85% of machine operators as the sample size and was interviewed with a pre-structured questionnaire to obtain primary data. Used mixed methodology where both qualitative and quantitative methods . The results obtained indicate that if employees are positively motivated, it improves both their effectiveness and efficiency drastically for achieving organizational goals. The research outcome statistically proved that there is a significant positive relationship between the Employee motivation and the high employee turnover. With regards to the ABC (Pvt) Ltd, the researcher highly recommend to hire the right people for the company who have the right qualifications to reduce high employee turnover. en_US
