| dc.description.abstract | Employee turnover is a critical issue for organizations due to the associated costs and other negative consequences such as losing productivity, loss of talented, experienced employees and ultimately decrease of profits, harmful to the company’s long-term sustainability etc. In this study, the researcher aims to examine the performance appraisal and intention to leave the executive level employees' at RTS (Pvt) Ltd and mediating effect of motivation. A quantitative method was followed through a questionnaire to collect research data from 47 executive level employees at RTS. Data were analyzed in details using descriptive and statistical analysis to measure the influence on the independent variable on dependent variable as well as how mediating effect of motivation influence both independent and dependent variable. The research findings showed that there is no relationship between performance appraisal and intention to leave as well as motivation and intention to leave of executive level employees at RTS. Moreover, it was proved that there is no mediating effect of motivation between performance appraisal and intention to leave of executive level employees at RTS.
