Abstract:
Human resources are considered to be much more important resources for the organizational success.
The current study is conducted to provide recommendations and insights on how to reduce the employee turnover
intention could cause due to the recruitment and selection process of the Educational Institute. In order to focus
more, the researcher has identified, employee turnover intention as the dependent variable while recruitment and
selection duration, recruitment and selection methods, applicant attractors and selection criteria as the independent
variables. In order to collect data, surveys and interviews are conducted among the employees of the Educational
Institute.
