Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to conduct a systematic review on Adoption of Human Resource Analytics
by examining empirical evidences of selected journal articles. Earlier researches have investigated the concepts
of business Analytics, business intelligence, Big data related to the HR Analytics, as well as literature concerning
innovation adoption.
Mainly searched of 20 Review articles which are relevant to the area on Adoption of HR Analytics and above
articles were selected based on the criteria of extent to which discussed regarding HR Analytics. Selected articles
were extracted from major databases; Emerald Insight, Taylor & Francis, Wiley Online, Science Direct, JSTOR
and Sage.
Findings indicate that adoption of HR Analytics is not only in hands of HR Professionals but to some extent the
organizations as well. Based on extent literature, there were limited research on HR Analytics adoption in
organizational and individual context. This article contributes to the literature on individual-level adoption,
specifically of HR Analytics by combining theoretical implications.
