dc.description.abstract Job satisfaction is a very important part of an employee's life cycle and motivates them to be loyal and engaged in an organization. (18 March 2018 Sareen Bathena.) Employee satisfaction or job satisfaction is a major objective that falls within the purview of all human resource managers. A satisfied employee is not only a retained employee but also an ambassador of the brand internally and externally. Happy employees are more loyal to the company and its goals, and they are more committed to achieving goals. Various researches have shown that job satisfaction in many organizations depends on different factors and what is important is how the company understands the needs of its employees and what is done to create a match between employee needs and company goals. Employee satisfaction should be considered from a short and long term perspective. In the short run it is directly related to employee and organization fit. It is important that people have a positive perception of the company early in their employment, otherwise it will not take long to find a change. Accordingly, efforts have been made in this study to study the extent to which the job satisfaction of the employees of the ABC Garment Manufacturing Company has an effect on the performance of the employees, and based on that, the necessary conclusions have been drawn and suggestions for recommended future work have been made in this research. The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance is analyzed. For that, the influence of work environment, motivation and leadership variables is identified. For this research, 100 employees of ABC company have been selected and data has been obtained through a questionnaire. The data was analyzed by SPSS. en_US
