The organizational performance factor that assures the health and safety of workers at work is the health and safety management system. It includes all of the rules, policies, and practices that businesses employ to control workplace safety and health risks. To gather information from the staff of ABC PLC, the research used a mixed-methods technique. Semi-structured interviews and surveys, as well as other quantitative and qualitative methodologies, were used in the data gathering. The poll included inquiries on employee satisfaction, health and safety management, and demographic data. To learn more in-depth about the opinions and experiences of the workers about the health and safety management system, semistructured interviews were performed. According to the findings, workers who felt their workplaces had high levels of health and safety management were happier with their occupations than those who felt their workplaces had low levels of health and safety management. Employees indicated their pleasure with the safety measures in place and how they contribute to their work satisfaction in the qualitative data, which further corroborated this conclusion.
