dc.description.abstract This Research attempts to review and present the factors affecting employee engagement in a company. For the purpose of carrying out this study, a leading financial sector company has been selected. A random number of employees were chosen, and a well-structured Questionnaire was handed over to them. The purpose of the questionnaire was to gather firsthand data to have an in-depth understanding on certain independent variables that may influence Employee Engagement. The research paper covers the key areas of an Introduction to Employee Engagement, the Justification as well as the Objectives of this research, further, the Author covers the key area of the conceptual framework and the operationalization of the study. Moving on, the author covers the area of the methodology of conducting the research and also the Data analysis and the findings. This research paper which is based on the Topic of identifying the factors affecting employee engagement is concluded by providing necessary recommendations and highlighting the limitations of future research of this study. en_US
