| dc.description.abstract | This research was to identify the factors influencing the software project under the teleworking mode during the past pandemic. Due to the decline of the services, and the decline of the project engagement of the selected company, this study tries to respond to the, what are the enabling and inhibiting factors for software project success under teleworking? What is the level of impact each of these factors has on software project success at the selected company? To what extent do these identify factors favor project success at the selected company? Data for the research was collected via an online questionnaire under the quantitative method, the sample size was 234 based on Morgan Sample Size Calculation. The data analysis (using IBM SPSS Version 20) ways are conducted as follows: descriptive records, reliability, normality testing, autocorrelation, etc., will be discussed in the way how to accept the research hypotheses which is created according to the literature review; that means which factors can influence the telework mode. Based on the analysis results this study will provide actionable recommendations to responsible parties of the company to enhance the characteristics based on identified factors of employees’ personal, professional, and work environment. | en_US |
