dc.description.abstract Stress caused when exposed to various psychological risks/hazards at work is simply known to be psychological stressors. Worker productivity (Labor Productivity) is considered as a crucial element within construction projects as it measures the rate at which work is performed. It’s a generally known fact that regardless of the cause, any worker experiencing stress in the workplace will showcase a decreased productivity. The objective of this research topic is to understand what psychological risks exists within the construction workplace and how it impacts on the labor productivity of the Construction Industry. This research also explored on the mediating role of health, specifically mental disorders between psychological stressors and labor productivity in accordance to the empirical link. Data collection was done through structured interview and questionnaires which was conducted XYZ Construction Industry. It examined on what are the psychological risks experienced within the workplace and how it has an impact on the productivity, and also examined any health disorders which is experienced by the workers due to psychological stress and its impact on labor productivity. labor productivity is dependent variable and Psychological Stressors is independent variable. MOTIVATION, CAREER DEVELOPMENT and WORK STRESS are the selected independent variables for this research. Based on data gathered using questionnaire and interviews the data was analyzed and presented. Hypotheses were tested using ANOVA test, Correlation, Regression and found out that all three independent variables have a significant impact on Labour Productivity. en_US
