| dc.description.abstract | This paper is discussed about human capital management and that means employee value and employee uniqueness impact on organizational competitiveness in the insurance sector Chilaw zone, Sri Lanka. It views organizational competitiveness, through the value and uniqueness of employees or groups are incompatible with each other. The purpose of this research is to examine how far human capital management impact on organizational competitiveness in the insurance business in Chilaw, Sri Lanka. Simple random sampling method was used to distribute structured questionnaires among 143 respondents. The conceptual framework and assumptions were constructed after a thorough assessment of the literature, and the findings were generated using correlation, regression with the Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 20.0 (SPSS). This study reveals that employee uniqueness and employee value has a strong relationship with organizational competitiveness and also human capital management has a significant impact on organization competitiveness. | en_US |
