dc.description.abstract In an ever-changing world where businesses flourish and perish, the people lie at the core of all its existence. While Human Resource Management and the literature and practises are gaining popularity and importance, literature and practices surrounding Human Relations Management are scarce. This concept paper will understand the underlying importance for human resource professionals to make that paradigm shift in the way they think and conduct themselves within their respective organizations to embrace human relations management. Clear distinctions between human resource management and human relations management will be highlighted, along with understanding the paradigm shift. Understanding the concept concerning glocalization in a different business context and its perceptions over time will be discussed. Envisaged implications and recommendations to bring awareness and the urgency to start thinking differently at workplaces, mainly aimed towards embracing diversity, equality and dignity of all human capital in a workplace. en_US
