| dc.description.abstract | In the current circumstances, there is a significant level of uncertainty among employees of various organizations, and they are dealing with a variety of difficulties related to their work environment, such as Covid- 19-associated health risks if they operate in a physical environment. This study aims to examine the banking employees’ perspective on perceived social support, life, and job satisfaction during Covid-19 pandemics. The objective of the study is to identify does social support and life balance impacted job satisfaction before and during Covid-19 pandemic. This study employed primary data based on the questionnaire and a sample of 109 employees included in the sample. The findings of the study evident that Covid-19 had the greatest impact on bank employees' job satisfaction. In addition, life balance was consistent, and social support did not affect job satisfaction. The findings of this research have important theoretical and practical implications for the banking sector. Based on the results of the analysis, it concludes that there is a significant impact of Covid-19 pandemic on Job satisfaction among banking sector employees. Further, it reveals that Covid-19 significantly impacted job satisfaction. However, the result of the study shows that there is not a significant impact of social support and life balance on job satisfaction in banking sector employees. | en_US |
