dc.description.abstract The High Performance Work practices are a trendiest method that organizations are implementing to enhance employee performance. The growing literature on High Performance Work Practices, some researchers suggest that in a unionized environment such systems can be advantageous for workers and can be implemented well. Some researchers suggest that the impact of High Performance Work Practices reduce Union Participation in the work palace. This study attempts to identify the Impact of Perceived High Performance Work Practices on union participation in ABC food and beverage manufacturing company Mediating Effect of Organizational justice. For the quantitative survey, a total of 200 questionnaires were distributed and the population of this study was operational level employees, who are working in this selected food and Beverage Company. The effective response rate is 52.5%. The hypotheses of this research cover the impact of perceived high performance work practices on union participation and mediating effect of Organizational justice. Thus, research findings show that there is a negative relationship between high performance work practice and union participation. So it indicates that the impact of high performance work practices increases while union participation decreases and on the other side, if high performance work practices decrease union participation increases. The results of this research are thought to be very helpful in future studies and it can be conducted as a case study for other organizations. en_US
