dc.description.abstract Job satisfaction is an emotional attitude that makes one happy and loves one's job. Happy, engaged employees who are satisfied with their jobs are more productive. A happy and satisfied employee is motivated to contribute to the company, which increases productivity. The organization that I have chosen for this research is Kahathuduwa DHL Coating Private Limited which is investigating how job satisfaction affects company productivity among production assistant employees. It uses a quantitative approach focusing on four primary sub-variables: work environment, teamwork, pay and job stress. Primary data is collected through a structured questionnaire complemented by secondary data obtained from academic publications, research articles, grievance reports, productivity reports and firm performance reports. Quantitative research method was adopted, and primary data was collected using survey questionnaire from 100 samples following simple random sampling technique four hypothesis instruments were developed to identify if there is any significant effect of job satisfaction on company productivity. The research project utilized SPSS software for data analysis to explore the relationship between job satisfaction and company productivity within production assistant roles. It conducted a comprehensive analysis of both primary and secondary data, including descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The findings indicate a strong positive relationship among the four sub-independent variables: work environment, teamwork, pay, and job stress. The study aims to provide insights into enhancing employee satisfaction and organizational productivity across different sectors by examining the impact of these variables on job satisfaction. en_US
