The purpose of this study is to investigate how flexible work arrangements affect this work-life balance and how flexible work arrangements can be used to improve the work-life balance, ensuring high employee performance and job satisfaction. This study is conducted as a case study of ABC, which is one of the strongest players in the Intimate apparel market in Sri Lanka. It is conducted as a quantitative study to investigate the work-life balance of executive employees and how it is affected by flexible work arrangements. The researcher used a self-administered Likert scale questionnaire to gather data from the respondents and used the IBM SPSS statistical software to analyze the data. The regression analyses were used to test the hypotheses and identified a significant impact of flexible schedule options, management support and remote work systems on the work-life balance, and the correlation analyses give a positive, strong and significant relationship between these variables. | en_US |
