dc.description.abstract The main objective of the study is to investigate the impact of lean manufacturing practices on operational and business performance regards to Leading Apparel Company in Sri Lanka. It was decided to use descriptive design. The study's target population was 2500 employees work in Leading Apparel Company within the year of 2023 in Sri Lanka. And sample size 225 of employees who are in management staff in the Company in Sri Lanka within the year of 2023. Lean manufacturing practices, Operational performance and Business Performance are the primary focus points of this study, which are determined by the sample size of Apparel company. Analysis was done mainly using (SPSS) program. In a survey strategy the data for the research is collected from the people using questionnaires, interviews, focus group discussions and the data collected from the people are subjective. As a result, the findings' generalizability is limited. The study established a positive and significant relationship between Business Performance and Lean manufacturing practices as results of research study. On the other hand, Lean manufacturing practices and Business Performance have positive and significant relationship in ABC Apparel Limited in Sri Lanka. As well as there is a positive significant relationship between Lean manufacturing practices on operational performance. en_US
