dc.description.abstract This research was conducted to determine the impact of workplace ergonomic factors on employee productivity in the Coconut-Based Food Manufacturing Industry of Northwestern Province. The variables included in the framework were EnvironmentalErgonomics Factors and Physical Ergonomics Factors. The primary data was gatheredby floating 291 questionnaires to employees who work in the coconut-based food manufacturing industry of Northwestern Province. The findings determined that environmental ergonomics factors and physical ergonomics factors all were significantvariables and had a positive impact on employee productivity in the Coconut-Based Food Manufacturing Industry. The research paper provides Coconut-Based Food Manufacturing Industry on how knowledge about the workplace ergonomics factors influencing employee productivity. And, this research paper provides knowledge to management of coconut-based food manufacturing companies, on how to increase employee productivity using their workplace ergonomic factors. en_US
