dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study was to identify the variables influencing employee performance at Zenra Eco Products (PVT) ltd. Employee motivation, job design, management style, and working environment were among the study's four variables. The study employed a descriptive research methodology, and questionnaires were used to gather data. The company employed 250–300 people. The sample included 100 respondents. The findings of the study demonstrated that elements including job design, management approach, and working conditions had a positive influence on employee performance. Most workers consider it essential that they receive compliments from their superiors for a job well done. The majority of employees are unhappy with their compensation structure. The majority of them said that the difficulties they faced at work did not inspire them. The majority of the employees' responsibilities are extremely difficult and by no means routine, requiring high levels of competence. They obviously do their duties, which also offer them the leeway to organize things as they see fit. Workers may also explain the duties of their positions. By providing employees with precise information and guidance, managers inspire them to do better work, and the organization has a distinct division of tasks. However, the majority of employees do not participate in decision-making and are not urged to be creative by management. The management also lacks adequate ethics in their interactions with other company personnel. Employee performance is enhanced by the organization's supportive working environment. Bullying or harassment of any kind is exceedingly rare. However, there was no supportive atmosphere for emotional needs at work. The majority of employees are familiar with the policies and guidelines of the company. They interact nicely with their coworkers and communicate with their managers frequently. The majority of employees do not, however, take part in business-friendly activities or attempt to fix internal problems. It was advised that management find a strategy to inspire each individual because employees are not same. The workers should be included in the decision making process by the managers. en_US
