| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of transformational leadership style and transactional leadership on employee job satisfaction among managers and employees of sadaharitha Plantation Company. The main concern of every organization is to maintain the satisfaction of the employees so that the organizational objectives can be achieved. It is seriously affected by ineffective management and harmful leadership behaviors, including lack of motivation and incentives for employees to strengthen the workforce. How to find a measure to increase employee satisfaction? How does leadership style affect job satisfaction? How leaders can improve job satisfaction is explored here. The main problem here is pay disparity and neglect of new employees without providing training to new trainers. To study this phenomenon some staff employees are randomly selected through questionnaire and personal interviews, secondary data collection and customer feedback and data collected through the company website. The branch manager and an employee collected data using a questionnaire on job satisfaction level. Using the convenience sampling method, valid 47 responses are obtained and analyzed using the Software Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).The effect of these designs on employees' job satisfaction was examined by administering a questionnaire to a random sample of 55 employees. The study's main hypothesis was that, given human nature, transactional leadership style should be more in effecting job satisfaction. | en_US |
