| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the study is to identify the relationship between psychological capital and work-life balance among working women in Sri Lankan government organizations. Employees’ work-life balance is critical for employees' performance and inner peace. Work and family are essential aspects of adulthood, exerting a substantial impact on well-being and satisfaction. In particular, working women are the victims of workplace and family imbalance. It is crucial to provide employees with the opportunity to have a dual career and working life. Employees must understand the importance of them and balance their lives to alleviate tension and resolve obstacles in the family and workplace. With the help of conservation of resource theory, the relationship was discovered. A quantitative approach was utilized in this study. Using convenience sampling, 246 respondents were selected from the government offices in Sri Lanka. Data collection was done using a standard questionnaire. To test the hypothesis, Correlation analysis was done using SPSS version 25.0. The finding of this study shows that there is a significant positive correlation between psychological capital and work-life balance. | en_US |
