Abstract:
This research examines how employee satisfaction affects turnover in a retail company. It highlights
that low employee satisfaction can lead to negative outcomes such as decreased productivity and efficiency. The
study explores key factors influencing satisfaction, including organizational culture, work-life balance, job nature,
management support, and work stress. Using a mixed-methods approach, data was collected through surveys and
secondary sources. The findings show a positive relationship between employee satisfaction and turnover,
indicating that low satisfaction significantly impacts turnover. The study concludes that improving employee
satisfaction is crucial to reducing turnover in the retail sector
