dc.description.abstract This research examines how employee satisfaction affects turnover in a retail company. It highlights that low employee satisfaction can lead to negative outcomes such as decreased productivity and efficiency. The study explores key factors influencing satisfaction, including organizational culture, work-life balance, job nature, management support, and work stress. Using a mixed-methods approach, data was collected through surveys and secondary sources. The findings show a positive relationship between employee satisfaction and turnover, indicating that low satisfaction significantly impacts turnover. The study concludes that improving employee satisfaction is crucial to reducing turnover in the retail sector en_US
