Abstract:
This study explores how effective knowledge management (KM) and knowledge sharing (KS) in higher
education influence the development of students' soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, adaptability, and
critical thinking based on the novel analytical method. This study used several articles and available web sources.
When analysing this study, the researchers could identify how knowledge management and sharing enhance the
capability of students' soft skills. According to that, this novel study could categorise various soft skills under
three categories Methodology (theoretical factors), Social, and Personal qualities. Using that information this
novel study developed an operationalised table as a bridge to fill the gap between academic groundwork and
career readiness etc.
