dc.description.abstract Employee work life balance is a key element in raising both individual and group performance. Employee productivity is crucial for any firm looking to gain performing up to expectations. This study’s major goal is to determine how employee performance and work life balance are related. The impact of work-life balance on employee performance is examined in the research study. Employee performance is the dependent variable, and the independent factors chosen are employee assistance programs, technological advancement and the working environment and workplace stress. A sample of 80 retail workers were chosen to participate in this study. A structured Likert scale questionnaire, open-ended questions and close-ended used correlation analysis and regression analysis to assess the hypothesis. Researchers employed the quantitative method to establish a correlation between the previously established factors. The hypothesis was examined by using ANOVA test. Analysis of the correlation and the liner regression were conducted to examine hypothesis more thoroughly. Using SPSS software, the validity of the created hypothesis will be examined. Finally, it was discovered that the workplace stress, technological advancement, working conditions and employee assistance programs all had a favorable effect on employee performance and that there is a relationship in between work life balance and employee performance. en_US
