dc.description.abstract Time matters to each and everyone in the world disregard of their position. Unlike other resources if time has spent there is no way of getting it back. Everyone getting the same 24 hours per day but cannot be stored and cannot regain if it’s gone. Studies in the area of time management have taken their initiation to identify and to analyze the usage of time who has the intention to become more efficient on the job carry out. Time Management is a part of everyone’s lives in achieving success, dreams and goals. The study is intended to discuss the time management impact on employee job performance related to a company in IT industry. The company is a project-based company which highly rely on their business success based on the timely achievement of project milestones which is highly related to time management. This research analyzes the prioritization/goal setting, Mechanics; work scheduling and perceived time controlling in order to investigate those variables contribution to employee performance through a structured questionnaire. The sample data are gained and analyzed. The study findings presented that there is a significant impact of Management of time on employee performance based on the three main variables (prioritizing/goal setting, Mechanics; work scheduling and perceived time control). It enables the organization studied to survive and gain competitive advantage. The study has decided that there is a substantial and positive relationship between management of time and employee’s performance. The researcher recommends that ABC (Pvt) Ltd should adhere to the ways of effectively managing time in order to deliver high quality services to its clients and to attain competitive edge and to be successful. en_US
