dc.description.abstract Due to the growing expansion of remote work practices, it is important to consider the challenges related to it. In the technology solutions industry, the practice of remote work has grown rapidly which resulted in both positive and negative outcomes. The current research is on the impact of remote work on employee turnover intention. As a result, the best practices on managing the remote work to improve the employee retention at ABC CORP (PVT) LTD is focused here for the benefit of the organization and the overall industry. In addition to the above objective of identifying the impact of remote work on employee turnover intention there are other objectives that researcher aims to address. They are to investigate potential tactics and suggestions for boosting cooperation, employee engagement, and communication in a remote work environment and to identify the common and uncommon remote work practices during the COVID-19 (2020-2022) at the organization. The researcher used the scientific method and utilized quantitative approach to identify the impact of remote work on turnover intention by regression analysis and descriptive statistics. The two hypotheses of the research are: There is an impact of remote work on employee turnover intention and vice versa. They were evaluated and analyzed using descriptive analysis. The findings confirmed that there is an impact of remote work on employee turnover. The researcher aims to improve the remote work management system by developing strategies that effectively help in managing the remote work practices suitable to the current labor market and recommending few approaches to do so. en_US
