dc.description.abstract Identifying the features of the two concepts “industrial relations” and “employment relationship” cannot be achieved until after a prior presentation of their meanings and of the context in which the term “employment relationship” has made its presence felt in the literature. We aim to achieve this distinction because in some works of contemporary authors, the concept of “industrial relations” finds further use.
