Abstract:
Review of HRM (RHRM) is a quarterly peer-reviewed journal published by
Spartacus India for Management Development Research Foundation, New Delhi
(India). RHRM seeks to create a body of knowledge around the contemporary
issues in Human Resource Management. It is likely to serve as an independent
forum for the academia, industry, civil society and the State to carry forward a
candid and objective discussion on contemporary HR issues having a bearing on
economy, business, community, environment and above all –the quality of life of
the people
