Abstract:
This case highlights the winning strategies of International Construction Consortium
(Pvt) Ltd. [I.C.C.], one of the highest-graded Sri Lankan construction companies,
during the first two waves of the COVID-19 pandemic. I.C.C., being a leading largescale contractor, commands over 20 large and medium scale construction sites,
building material manufacturing facilities, and several office complexes, including its
head office, housing well over 1000 direct and 3000 indirect workforces in
construction, manufacturing, real estate, and property development sectors
scattered across the country.
