| dc.description.abstract | The COVID-19 pandemic has exercised a crucial impact on all business organizations globally, with both public and private sectors. At the moment, the condition has impelled to spread as a runny and renovated the traditional work scenery into an entirely novel state (Gigauri, 2020). Most resident and international organizations incline to accept new workplace practices and strategies to overcome the challenges of COVID -19 and familiarize themselves with the new condition (ILO, 2020).
