Abstract:
The utilization of the internet, innovation, and communication technologies provide many
opportunities to boost productivity. Communication technology has entered the market, allowing
for complete automation across industries. This advancement is known as Industry 4.0. With this
technological innovation, academics have addressed the need for workforce restriction and job role
redesign. We live in an era where digitally competent employees are a big deal and a wonderful
answer for businesses. In order to align with the industry 4.0, companies are adapting to the new
technology and organizations are establishing digital technology to their operations as well as
departments.
Additionally, ABC LLC Group just underwent a digital transition, and it has been discovered that
some employees are dissatisfied while others are excited about adopting novel technologies.
Bearing this in mind, the purpose of this research was to examine the impact of digitalization
factors on HR Process Advancement. The analysis discussed the relationship between the
digitalization factors and their relationship to HR Process Advancement and as well as the impact
level of digitalization factors on HR Process Advancement.
There are end number of research has been carried out related to digitalization but very a smaller
number of research are done pertaining to the digitalization factors and their impact to HR.
However, a comprehensive literature review has been carried out to support this research whereas
digital transformation, business process reengineering, process advancement techniques are
basically referred to as literature. A conceptual framework has been designed to identify
dependent and independent variables referring to past literature. And based on that a questionnaire
has been created and distributed among the selected 72 employees to conduct the survey. SPSS
package has been used to analyze the data where reliability, validity, normality, correlation, and
regression have been examined and presented in graphs and tables and have interpreted them
accordingly. Based on the data analysis conclusion and the recommendation were stated by
justifying the 06 specific objective of the research.
