Employing a comprehensive questionnaire, this research scrutinizes the roles played by three pivotal independent variables: Organizational Factors, Individual Factors, and Financial Factors. A diverse sample of 113 participants from the Sri Lankan telecommunications industry contributed their insights. Statistical analyses, including correlations and regression, were performed to discern the intricate relationships between these variables and the work-life balance experienced by married female employees. Findings reveal significant correlations and regression coefficients, suggesting noteworthy associations between each independent variable and work-life balance. The outcomes provide profound insights into the distinct impacts of organizational support, individual capabilities, and financial aspects on enhancing or hindering the work-life equilibrium of married female employees. The research underscores the significance of tailoring strategies and policies within organizations to foster an environment conducive to balancing professional responsibilities with personal commitments. These insights offer valuable implications for organizational practices, aiming to create more equitable and supportive workplaces for married female employees amid challenging circumstances en_US
