| dc.description.abstract | This study examines the role of AI-driven HR technologies in workforce digital reskilling, focusing on AI-driven HR analytics tools, AI integration in HR processes, training and support, and infrastructure readiness. Findings revealed that AI-driven HR tools enhance decision-making and skill development, while AI integration streamlines career growth. Effective training programs and robust infrastructure further support digital reskilling efforts. The study highlights the need for a strategic approach to integrating AI in HR to enhance workforce adaptability.
