The aim of the paper is to point out the upcoming trend in the era of industry 4.0, of which employees are an essential part. It focuses on the perception of implementation of changes from the perspective of employees and the need for systematic work of HR professionals. The paper focuses on identifying the types of changes that are most often implemented in organizations and also the satisfaction of employees with the impact of the introduced changes.
