dc.description.abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of spiritual leadership on affective commitment with workplace spirituality as a mediating variable. The subjects in this study were employees of the inpatient section who worked at Djojonegoro General Hospital, Temanggung. In this study, the sample involved 71 respondents. The data analysis employed path analysis. The study results revealed that spiritual leadership positively and significantly affected workplace spirituality. Spiritual leadership had a significant impact on affective commitment. Besides, workplace spirituality significantly influenced affective commitment. Furthermore, this study successfully confirms workplace spirituality's mediating effect in the relationship between spiritual leadership and affective commitmen en_US
