| dc.description.abstract | Perspectives about what appropriate work-life balance should entail have been changing in the past decade. There is an increasing call for reformulation of values at work, in order to establish greater satisfaction for all stakeholders. And we all know that there is no part of the organization more involved in providing a meaningful workplace, which is increasingly perceived as the most widely accepted view of spirituality at work, than the Human Resource department.
