dc.description.abstract : In today’s competitive business environment, organizations continuously seek innovative strategies to enhance workforce productivity and optimize employee performance. One such emerging approach is Human Resource (HR) Analytics, a data-driven methodology that enables companies to make up-to-date HR decisions. This research examinesthe impact of Human Resource (HR) Analytics on employee job performance of a selected Architectural Hardware Company, leading firm located in Colombo, Sri Lanka with specific focus on three critical HR functions - Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, and Performance Appraisals. As companies pursue ways to optimize workforce performance, HR analytics has become a critical tool for making data-driven decisions. Thisresearch assesses how these specific HR functions, empowered by analytics, contribute to enhancing employee performance. Through quantitative research approach, this study gathers data from 81 employees, to explore the role of HR analytics in shaping compensation packages, training programs, and performance evaluations. And furthermore, this study measures their perceptions of how HR analytics influences job performance through these three HR functions. Also, this study provide insights into how data-driven decisions are implemented compensation strategies, skill development initiatives, and performance assessments. The findings indicate that well-structured compensation and benefits systems, targeted training programs, and data driven performance appraisals lead to higher employee satisfaction, improved performance, and better organizational outcomes. en_US
