dc.description.abstract Ephemeral content on social media has become an effective platform for modern workplace communication, impacting worker productivity and behavior. Employee engagement, teamwork, and knowledge sharing are encouraged by the short-lived content offered by platforms like Instagram Stories, TikTok Stories, and Snapchat. This study examines the increasing usage of ephemeral content in business environments between 2016 and 2025, examining how it improves team dynamics and workplace communication. Businesses could promote an agile and more dynamic work culture that encourages flexibility, creativity, and prompt decision-making by taking advantage of its temporary nature. To determine the effects of ephemeral content on engagement, efficiency, and information distribution, the study analyzes how businesses use it for internal communication, training, and knowledge retention. In addition, the results imply that including ephemeral content into workplace strategies may end up in greater engagement in exchanges, enabling a responsive and cooperative culture. The study emphasizes how this communication strategy can influence workplace behavior, change employees’ behaviors, and boost overall productivity. Understanding the strategic use of ephemeral content can help improve workforce performance and business communication in an era of rapid digital transition, as digital workplaces continue transforming. en_US
