dc.description.abstract The objective of this research is to explore the impact of human resource information systems on executive-level employees' job performance in the finance industry. HRIS is a software solution designed to manage and streamline various HR functions and processes within an organization. This study is descriptive and quantitative research with a sample of 92 executive employees from the selected finance company. The researcher used a survey research strategy design for collecting data and techniques used in the analysis. The population of this research constituted all executive employees of all departments of the selected finance company. The researcher used simple random sampling to select respondents. Both primary data and secondary data were collected for the study. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics with SPSS version 26.0. Findings revealed that there is a significant relationship between Human Resource Information System (HRIS) personnel record management and selected finance company employee performance. Findings depicted that there is a significant relationship between HRIS payroll management and selected finance company employee performance. The study findings indicated that there is a significant relationship between HRIS employee relocation and selected finance company employee performance. The study recommends that further study should focus on the challenges facing the organization in implementing HRIS functions. The results showed that there is a strong relationship between HRIS functions and Employee performance. en_US
