| dc.description.abstract | The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace has gained significant attention. The HRM function has seen a proliferation of AI-based applications over the past decade which has led to an exciting new wave of research on subjects like the social presence of robotics and AI, the impact of AI adoption on outcomes at the individual and corporate levels and assessing HRM practices enabled by AI. Given the fragmented nature of existing studies necessitates the thorough review of literature to identify trends and patterns. The present study synthesizes the extant literature pertaining to AI in employee well-being and mental health via a bibliometric analysis. The search was performed in Scopus database which generated 70 journal publications after applying inclusion and exclusion criteria. By analyzing publication patterns, co-authorship networks, and thematic clusters, this study provides insights into how extant studies have focused on the area of AI in employee well-being. The findings reveal the need for future research exploring this area of study. The study also provides implications and directions for future research. | en_US |
