dc.description.abstract In today's dynamic and fast-paced business environment, Human Resource Management faces numerous challenges ranging from talent acquisition to talent retention. With the rapid advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, there is a growing interest in leveraging AI to optimize HRM processes. This research proposal aims to investigate the potential applications of AI in HRM and its impact on employee turnover intentions through addressing the mediating effect of employee engagement. As the usage of artificial intelligence is very high and significant the researcher chooses health industry as a sample for this study. Artificial intelligence is transforming the healthcare sector by improving efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility in Early Disease Detection & Diagnosis, Personalized Treatment Plans, Drug Discovery & Development, Robotic Surgery, Predictive Analytics & Disease Prevention, Virtual Health Assistants & Chatbots, Administrative Efficiency & Cost Reduction and finally Telemedicine & Remote Healthcare. AI is revolutionizing the healthcare industry by enhancing diagnostic accuracy, improving patient care, reducing costs, and making healthcare services more accessible. While challenges such as data privacy, ethical concerns, and regulatory issues remain, AI's potential in healthcare is vast and continues to grow en_US
