dc.description.abstract The organizations success, failure and long term survival depends upon its performance. The Business Performance is dependent upon the role or orientations of key decision makers and implementation units. Various types of orientations of organisations have been studied and found to be related to business performance. The present study strives to study Knowledge Management and Human Resource Management of organizations as the two components among those orientations and their relationship with Business Performance in the Indian context so as to provide guidelines to decision makers for developing and implementing strategies that leads to successful performance. en_US
