dc.description.abstract The purpose of the article is to answer the following research question: What will change in particular elements of Human Resource Management be in the context of Industry 4.0? To achieve the defined purpose, literature studies and empirical research (based on focus group interviews with HR specialists) were used. Such HRM issues as the future of jobs, 10 competencies required from employees and technological progress in HRM are discussed in the subject literature. The paper indicates the need to analyze changes in relation to particular elements of HRM and different groups of employees. It also presents some controversial scenarios of HRM’s future and indicates directions for further research. en_US
