Abstract:
The Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector as the
heart of the country's labour market thereby affects the development of the
country’s economy to a greater extent in terms of gainship of the human
resources required by the work force in the global text. Thus in this context
activates as a major contributor towards the development of national human
resources which is heavily demanded by the corporate world at large.
