dc.description.abstract Balanced scorecard helps organizations to streamline vision and strategy with business activities and measures actual organizational performance against preset goals. In addition this instrument is used to assess financial processes, customer relations, internal business processes and learning and growth characters of an organization. The purpose of this study is to recognize the role balanced scorecard and change management play in better performance of organizations. The work also gains an insight into the effects of balanced scorecard and change on organizational performance. For the purpose, a questionnaire is developed and responses were collected from organizations which were segregated on the basis of public and private sector and also manufacturing and service industry. Statistical tools such as t- test and Correlation were applied to achieve the objectives. en_US
